Managing your billing and subscription preferences

An agency principal or Corporate User can update subscription and billing settings.

Step 1

Click on your profile icon and select the Plans tab

Step 2

You can see your active plan which is marked with a green tick. You can either make edits to your existing plan or switch plans.

If you're using the subscription plan, you can toggle on/off Managed Plus to access our premium features. Don't forget to click Update Plan to save your changes.

Step 3

If you want to swap between plans, you can choose from the Revenue Share Plan, or if that is already selected, you can choose the Subscription Plan.

To change simply select the desired plan by clicking Switch to this plan and your selected will take effect from the next billing cycle.

Step 4

If you want to customise your revenue share plan, you can edit the fees the tradie pays. You can edit the Admin Fee per job, and Service Fee percentage payable. The Admin Fee is optional, and the service fee must be a minimum of 6%+GST.

Your agency will receive 50% of all these fees as they're collected - this revenue can be tracked on your Agency Reports.

Don't forget to click Update Plan to save your changes.
