How to set up your payments

Tenants can choose how to pay for rent and bills by visiting their settings menu.

Step 1

Please login to your Managed App profile and click on the Payments tab and then Settings

Step 2

The default method is for you to manually top up your wallet using BPAY or EFT. This means you add funds in, that can then be used to pay for Rent and Tenancy Bills. If you choose this setting, the app will wait until you top up your wallet with enough funds prior to using them for upcoming payments.

If you would like to add a Credit Card or set up a Direct Debit, you can click Add Bank Account or Add Credit Card and your preferred method will be automatically debited 3 business days before your rent or bills are due.

Remember, if you have funds in your wallet and would like to withdraw them, you can add a bank account and then follow these steps to transfer the funds.
