Step 1
You will need an active account with Detector Inspector. Visit their website to get started,
Step 2
Contact your Detector Inspector Account Manager to enable the integration for your agency. This will start a data sync between your Managed App profile and Detector Inspector.
This sync will allow Detector Inspector to access:
- Property Addresses
- Lease details
- Tenant contact information
If you make any changes in Managed App, they will be automatically sent to Detector Inspector.
Step 3
Detector Inspector will flag properties for Smoke Alarm inspections and send confirmation emails when the inspections are booked in, and again once they are completed.
Step 4
Once a job is completed, the integration will automatically add a draft invoice to your action centre for you to review and approve
