Please follow the below steps to deactivate a Property Manager profile.
Please note, this can only be done by Principal or Corporate user profiles.
Step 1
Click on the Contacts tab and then Managers
Step 2
Click View on the the Property Manager that requires their profile to be deactivated.
Step 3
Click Edit and then click Deactivate
We also recommend adding a plus sign to the email address to prevent further communication etc.
