Step 1

In the Property Profile, click Edit on the Overview tab

Step 2

Click Archive Property.

Remember: The app will not let you archive a property if it has active tasks, a tenancy, or outstanding bills/payments attached to it. Make sure you archive any tasks and terminate the tenancy.

Step 3

Enter the Management Lost Reason and click Archive.

The Property Profile will always be stored under your agency. If you need to reinstate it, simply contact Managed App Support
