Visit managedapp.com.au and click Log In
Click Forgot Password and enter the email you entered into the app.
An email to reset your password will be sent. You can then follow the instructions finish setting up their profile.
Troubleshooting tip: If an email is not received, double check that the correct email is being used with no spaces or characters being entered accidentally. The reset email may have also be captured by spam filters, so please ensure you check your junk mail too!
