The details you entered when first creating your profile will be set as the default for your portfolio. You can change on a per property basis without affecting the settings for other properties in your portfolio.

Step 1

Click the Settings tab in the property profile

Step 2

To update where you would like rental payments deposited, click change payment method

Enter the new account, check the T&Cs box then click Add Account

That new account will now be set for this property.

Step 3

To update how you would like to pay for expenses, click change payment method

You can swap to an existing saved method that isn't in use, or you can choose a new method.

Your new payment method will now be shown on the summary screen and be used for all upcoming payments.
