Your Principal or Agency Admin needs to invite you to create a profile.
You can show them how to do this here

Accept your invitation!
This will arrive in your inbox - please be sure to check your junk folder just in case it's been misplaced.
Step 3
Set your password. Make it nice and secure!
Then agree to our T&Cs and click Next
Step 4
Check your details all look correct
That's it! You're now a Property Manager for your agency.
