Step 1

You can add a task from within a Property Profile or from the Action Centre by selecting a property from the search bar and clicking Add a task.

Step 2

Choose the task type from the drop down menu.

Step 3

Add the task specifics, like a title, description, due date etc. You can also assign the task to another team member here. When you have added all the desired information, click Save.

Step 4

The task will now appear in your Action Centre as a draft which can only be seen by your team.

Step 5

Start the workflow when you're ready by clicking the next stage. This will alert the followers and trigger the workflow automation.
