Terminate the existing lease on the current Paid To date.
Copy the terminated lease info into the Upcoming Lease section and then change the payment frequency to match the tenant's preferences. The First Payment date will be the day after the current Paid To date.
Example: If I terminated the old lease as at the 7th September, the upcoming lease will have a first payment being the 8th September
Copy the Tenant's details into the Upcoming Lease. Use the same email as this will match the tenant profile. They will not have to onboard or change anything with their profile.
Activate the new lease! When the old lease temrinates, you will be able to activate the new lease with the correct frequency. Set yourself a reminder task so you don't forget to activate it.
