Adding a reply to an existing task
Have a question or suggestion relating to a task that is being completed for your property? You can add a reply directly to your property manager and help them resolve it quickly, efficiently and in line with any instructions you might have for them.
Simply click into the relevant task and click Reply
This will open the message box and allow you to send a note straight to your property manager. Type the note and hit save. You will also be notified when they respond so you don't have to keep checking back in.
Starting a new request
You can create a task for your property manager from within the property profile too. From the tasks tab click Add a task and they will be notified immediately.
Communicating via tasks will help your Property Managed streamline the request and also ensure you have clear communication records for the property against any actionable items.
