How do I edit or archive a task?

You can edit or archive tasks by following these steps

Step 1

Find open the task from your Action Centre or your property profile and click Edit

Remember if you're editing or removing a Bill that already has a payment scheduled, you need to remove it first by clicking Remove under the payment on the Transactions tab.

Remember, you cannot remove a payment that is already processing. You will have to wait until it is completed.

Step 2

If editing the task, you can make all your amendments on this edit screen and then click Save.

If you are looking to archive the task, then you can click Archive Task and it will remove it from the system.

Note: We don't recommend archiving tasks if they were actually done. You can hide from your Action Centre simply by marking them as Completed.
