Step 1
Log into your RBO Agency profile.
Step 2
Create the bond request and enter the tenant's details. They will receive some instructions on how to pay the bond directly to the RBO's bond account.
Step 3
Once the tenant has paid the bond directly to the RBO, you will receive an email confirmation. Add this Bond ID to the lease profile in the app.
