How to set up areas and items (Property Manager)

To start generating reports, you need to build out the property's rooms, areas and items

Step 1

Click the Inspections tab in the property profile

Step 2

The app will pre-populate the Current Property Condition with our default areas. You can remove any irrelevant areas by clicking Delete Area.

Step 3

You can click on an area to see the default items. You can remove any irrelevant items by clicking the red garbage bin icon.

Hint: You can change the layout of a property during an inspection too
