Click into an area to see the list of items.

Click Add Condition to edit that item. Hint: Completing any type of inspection will also update the property's condition.

Check the item status boxes, add a description and then upload multimedia (photos, videos, documents etc). Once you're happy with the information, click Save & Next Item to update the next item in that area.

You can update a property at any time and this live information will be visible to your owners and tenants too. These updates will be used to populate any future inspections to save you time when completing your reports.
