How to complete an Outgoing Report (Property Manager)

When your tenant vacates, follow these steps to complete the outgoing report.

Step 1

Log into your Managed App profile on your mobile device. And click Inspect on the draft outgoing you would like to commence.

Hint: You can do this on desktop too if you already have photos to upload.

Step 2

Click on the first area to get started. The app will ask you to ensure the information is accurate and then click the checkbox to confirm. If you need to make an update to the item, you can click Add Condition to update the status, add a new description or add new multimedia.

Step 3

If an item has changed or you would like to flag it for attention, you can click either Potential Bond Claim or Needs Work. This will highlight the item on the report, summarise any issues and flag recommendations for your owner. The potential bond claim items will also be sent to the tenant for feedback.

Step 4

Once you are happy with the content, Click Send to Tenant and add a digital signature.

Step 5

The tenant will receive an email notification that they are required to complete their section of the report. They will be able to agree or disagree with any potential bond claim items at this stage.

Once the tenant's section is complete, they will be prompted to digitally sign. You will receive an email notification when the tenant has completed their section and the app will also email a copy to your owner as a PDF.
