Adding a Gained Reason

Gained reasons are entered when adding a new property profile. After clicking Add a property, you can set the gained reason from the dropdown.

You can also add an optional Gained Reason Source if more detail is required. This source will also appear on any reports.

Adding a Lost Reason

Lost reasons are entered when you archive a property. After clicking Archive you can set the lost reason from the dropdown.

You can also provide further information including a lost source, any preventative action that was taken plus additional comments if required.

Properties that have been gained or lost will appear on the principal/corporate user's Reports tab.
