Step 1

Click the Reports tab, then select the Snapshot tab.

Step 2

Choose the group/agency/manager you'd like to run a report for and press Filter.

Pro Tip: If you're finding the correct data isn't showing, click Clear All and re-filter. If that doesn't work, you will need to empty your cache and log back in.

Step 3

To further understand one of the metrics, click on the tile to see the breakdown.

Hint: You can click on most tiles and metrics, including the property statuses (ie expired, vacant etc)

Step 5

If you need to view any report in Google Sheets/Excel, simply click the CSV option and the file will be sent to your inbox. If you would like a PDF, you can print to PDF from your browser.
