Every new agency receives 3 dedicated sessions to complete the course. The Managed App Training Course is broken into 4 parts (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and then a final handover) and is run via Zoom. You will receive a copy of each session to keep on file and share with any new staff members who join the agency in the future.
Remember, you need to complete the course before you will receive your logins to your Managed App profile.

Once you're on board and using the app, you can come back and book a private Q&A session if your team has any questions or require help with certain parts of the platform. Simply choose a time and submit your list of questions to book.
