Adding a reply to an existing task
You can send messages on any open task within the app by clicking on the task, then clicking Reply.
This will open the message box and allow you to send a note straight to your property manager. Type the note and hit save. You will also be notified when they respond so you don't have to keep checking back in.

Starting a new request
You can create a task for your property manager from within the property profile too. From the tasks tab click Add a task and they will be notified immediately.
Communicating via tasks will help your Property Manager streamline the request and also ensure you have clear communication records for the property against any actionable items.
