Review the maintenance request by clicking the task on your action centre.
You will see who lodged the request, the summary of the issue, a detailed description, access information, and supporting attachments (photos, videos and/or documents).
Remember: If the tenant doesn't want the tradie to access the property with the agency's keys, they can leave the access box unchecked and their contact information will be provided on work orders/quote requests to arrange access directly.
If you need to amend the request prior to accepting, you can do so by clicking Edit and updating the task information.
To accept the job and alert other users, click Accepted in the workflow bar and then add a reply to the users you want to add. In the example below, the tenant lodged the request and the Property Manager accepted then alerted the owners by sending them a personalised message - this automatically adds them as a follower.
Now that the job has been accepted, you can contact tradies by clicking the Tradie button.
