Step 1

The tradie can let you know once they have completed the job and you will receive an alert.

Step 2

Review the message and any attachments. The tradie can upload their invoice and a photo of the completed works too.

Step 3

Create the payment by clicking the Invoice button.

Hint: If you need approval from the owner to pay the tradie, you can ask them via the task thread.

The app will prefill all the information for your review. If all is correct, click Save.

You will now see the unsent invoice on the task, ready for you to click Schedule to add it to the property's upcoming transactions tab for automatic payment.

Once the payment is processed (from rent, owner's Credit Card or Owners Bank Account), the maintenance request will close itself automatically.
