Tenant Maintenance Requests

Tenants can lodge maintenance requests by logging into their Tenant Profile on either mobile or desktop.

The tenant will be prompted to enter some information about their request including a description, location, access information and whether or not they are happy for the tradie to access the property with the agency's keys.

Once lodged, the request will appear on your action centre as Entered but the owner will not be added as a follower at this stage. To add the owner as a follower, simply edit the request or send them a message.

Owner Maintenance Requests

Owners can also lodge maintenance requests by logging into their Investor Profile on either mobile or desktop. They will appear also appear in the action centre however the tenant will not be added as a follower.

Agency Maintenance Requests

A PM can create a maintenance request for any property from the Action Centre. Simply search for the property in the search bar, and then click Add a Task. When creating a task it

You can choose who will be alerted by adding owners and/or tenants when creating the request, however, it will be entered as a draft until you start the workflow.
