Find the owner profile in your contacts and click view

Click Edit on the payment withdrawal frequency
Step 3
Select the new frequency from the drop-down menu and click Save.
Instant means any rental income for the portfolio will arrive in the owner's nominated account the moment the tenant pays rent.
Weekly means all rental income for the portfolio will be paid out every Sunday evening.
Monthly eans all rental income for the portfolio will be paid out every month
If you choose weekly or monthly, rental income will accrue in the owner profile until the disbursement date with the balance always visible.
