If your owner needs you to configure their profile please follow these steps:
Step 1
Lodge a support ticket and request the Owner Authority Form
Step 2
Send the form to your owner and ask them to sign, which will give you authority to administer their profile in their behalf.
Step 3
Send the signed form to the open support ticket and our team will give you a temporary login to their owner profile.
Remember, the Managed App team cannot add these details for you.
