Need a copy of your agency agreement or tenancy agreement? You can access the PDF copies from within the property profile. The Overview tab will have your agency agreement and you'll find the tenancy agreement on the Lease tab.

All Ingoing, Outgoing and Routine Inspections are stored against the property profile. you'll find the Ingoing and Outgoing reports on the Lease tab.

For routine inspections, click onto the tasks tab and click through to the relevant task.

If you need to find an old invoice or bill that has been paid, simply head to the tasks tab and click the relevant bill. You will find all the payment information, due date and the original PDF invoice attached.

Miss a recent monthly statement? No dramas, you can simply download a PDF by heading to the Reports tab.
