Step 1
Find the job and click your work order or quote seciton.
Step 2
Add your reply to the text box and click Save. This will send the message to the agency and log it in your conversation history. When you get a reply, an alert will be sent to your email and the reply will appear in the thread.
You can chat with the property manager on any job on your list.
