  • Seamless User Experience: The intuitive integration ensures a smooth, hassle-free experience for all users.

How to Set Up the Integration:

1. Request the Integration to be Activated:

If you have an active profile with Inspection Express, simply contact our Support team to enable the integration. You can reach them by clicking the purple chat icon on your dashboard.

Note: You must have an existing account with Inspection Express before the integration can be activated in Managed. If you don’t have an account yet, you can sign up here.

2. Data Exchange Between Platforms:

  • Data Sent from Managed to Inspection Express:

    • Property information

    • Tenancy details

  • Data Sent from Inspection Express to Managed:

    • Completed inspection report, delivered in the associated task created in Managed

    • Updates to the existing inspection tasks in Managed once the inspection is completed

3. Complete the Inspection in Inspection Express:

To enable the sync, a Condition Report Task must already exist in Managed.

  • Once the inspection task is created in Managed, it will sync with Inspection Express.

  • After completing the inspection in Inspection Express, the inspection report will be attached to the task in Managed as a comment, including a link to the PDF file.

  • The task will also be automatically marked as completed.

Yes, existing tasks will automatically sync with Inspection Express. Once the inspection is completed on Inspection Express, the report will be uploaded to the task, which is then automatically marked as completed.

Who will be notified about the report?
Currently, the task notification is sent to the Agency, which can then be forwarded to the owner or tenant. Additionally, you can choose to send email communications directly via Inspection Express.

Do I have to set anything up on Managed or Inspection Express?
Once you notify a Managed Support team member and they activate the integration, the data will start syncing with Inspection Express. The Inspection Express team will use an Agency ID provided by us to connect your profile.

What Happens If There Is No Task in Managed for an Inspection?

If there is no task created in Managed, no data will be synced from Inspection Express. A task must be created within the property in Managed for the integration to work.
