Click the Tasks tab in your property profile
Click the Add a Task button.
and nominate the type and category
Add a very short, succinct title and then as much information about the issue as possible. This will help your Property Manager and any tradesperson identify the problem and a solution as quickly as possible.
Hint: If it's an appliance, note the brand, serial and model numbers to really streamline things!
Finish the request by telling your Property Manager where the issue is located, give them some access information and last but not least add as many photos and or/videos as possible!
You can track the status of your request and even chat with your property manager by clicking on the task.
and that's it! Your request will be with your Property Manager shortly and you can track the status of the task by simply visiting the Task tab.
