Step 1
On the Tasks tab in your property profile, click Add a Task

Click the Maintenance box, then click Next

Let your agency know how important this request is.
Step 4
Add a very short, succinct title and then as much information about the issue as possible. This will help your Property Manager and any tradesperson identify the problem and a solution as quickly as possible.
Please also let your Property Manager know where the issue is located and click Next
Hint: If it's an appliance, note the brand, serial and model numbers to really streamline things!
Step 5
Attach some photos of the issue. Submit at least one, but adding 2 or 3 will help your property manager understand the issue.
Step 6
Set your preferred access times. These cannot be guaranteed but trades will try and accommodate your schedule.
Step 6
Let the agency know if you're available to let the tradie in. If you can allow access the job will get done much faster.
If you can't allow access, let the agency know and they can contact you to make alternative arrangements.
Step 7
And that's it! Your request is on its way to your property manager for review. You can track the status of your request and even chat with your property manager by clicking on the task.
