Managed App is the fastest, most accurate, and most secure property management platform and part of our security offering is Two-Factor Authentication. This involves generating an SMS security code when logging in - similar to your internet banking.
We highly recommend activating 2FA for your profile so please follow the below steps.
Step 1
Click your profile icon and ensure your correct mobile number has been entered.
Step 2
Double-check your mobile number and click save
Step 3
Then click the 'Request Security Code' button to generate an SMS code that will be sent to your mobile number.
Step 3
Check your phone for the SMS. Enter the code into your Managed App Profile and click Enable two-factor authentication.
That's it! Next time you log in to the Managed App, you'll be asked to enter a text message code sent to your mobile phone.
Hint: If you're logging in often on the same device, you can check the Remember this device (for 60 days) box to skip the 2FA process for 60 days.
