In order to archive a property, you will need to ensure that your lease is: Terminated & that no payments are currently processing.
If your lease is terminating at a future date, please contact our Support Team and they can assist you.
Step 1
Via the properties tab, search for the property that you would like to archive.
Step 2
Click Edit on the Overview page
Step 3
Click Archive Property.
Step 4
Enter the Management Lost Reason and then click Archive
You can view archived properties at any time by clicking 'Include Archive Properties' on the Properties filter tab.
