Create a task for your property manager

You can request maintenance be done, bills be paid or even changes to your information by creating a task for your property manager.

Step 1

Click onto the Tasks tab in the property profile.

Step 2

Click Add a task and choose whether you would like to request Maintenance or just a General request.

Step 3

Add as much info as you can. You can also add documents, pictures or videos if you think they will assist the request. When you're done, hit save

Adding information to Managed App's Task request


Your property manager will be alerted and will update the request when they start working on it, or complete it. If they have any questions you will be alerted via email.
