The default Managed App process is to allow owners and tenants to log in and manage their own payment preferences. This is both for security purposes and also to reduce admin for our agency customers.
Owners can edit their payment settings by clicking the Settings tab on the property profile.
Tenants can manage their payment settings by clicking Settings under their Payments menu.
Changing settings for your users
If your owner does not want to log in, you can reach out to support and they will help you configure the owner's profile on their behalf.
If your tenant does not want to log in, you can access their unique payment details by clicking on their profile from your Contacts menu and noting down their unique BSB and Account number. You can also reach out to support to set up an automatic Direct Debit if you'd prefer to use this method.
