How does my owner or tenant change their notification settings?

Your owners and tenants can personalise their alerts

Both your owners and tenants can manage their email notification preferences by clicking on their profile icon and then the notification preferences tab

From this menu, they can check the box next to the type of alerts they wish to receive. If they do not with to receive certain alerts, they can uncheck the box next to that alert type.

The tenants can opt our of rent reminders and payment receipts however they cannot opt out of important email alerts.

Owners can customise lots of alerts and we have also given the agency the ability to manage their owner's preferences on their behalf. To do this, click their profile and then edit.
