What if my tenant doesn't want to use Managed App?

Your tenant does not need to log in to make payments.

If you have a tenant that does not want to log in or utilise the features in their Managed App profile, you need to send them their payment information via email.

You can access their unique payment details by clicking into their tenant profile from your contacts menu

In their profile, you will find their unique payment details they can use to make rental and bill payments. Share they details via email, or print their profile page if they would like a hard copy.

Tenants will still receive arrears alerts, messages and payment receipts from the system.
