Each user in Managed App is assigned their own profile when creating a property or lease. If you would like to change the details entered within their profile, please follow the below steps.
Step 1
Click on the Contacts tab and select either owner or tenant based on the user you are editing.
Step 2
Search for the owner/tenant in the search bar available and then click View
Step 3
Owners
You will now be able to view their owner profile. Please click Edit to make changes to their name, email, mobile number, address & payment withdrawal frequency
Tenant
You will now be able to view their tenant profile. Please click Edit to make changes to their name, email & mobile number
If you would like to enter other tenants into the lease, simply head to the lease tab under the property and click Add tenants
Thats it! You have now made all the relevant changes to your owners/tenants
