🧙♀️ New lease wizard/workflow
You can now enter the lease by following a set of predetermined steps in our lease wizard. This can help streamline your process and ensure nothing gets missed!
New selection items under the lease wizard:
Customisable selection with lease terms e.g. 1,2,3,4 months
Selection of month-to-month or periodic agreement
Customisable deposit selection rather than fixed weeks
More inspection date frequencies e.g. 1,2,3,4 months
Rental summary page that provides an overview of the lease prior to activation
🗒️ Internal Notes for Lease page (ABOVE LEASE WIZARD)
Just like adding notes to your owner, property or tenant. You can now add notes to a lease. Notes are all only visible to your agency's team.
🏦 Customisable deposit amounts & change in deposit email
You can now add a customisable deposit amount when entering the lease in via the Lease Wizard.
Tenants will receive an email with payment details and the amount. This can also be resent if the deposit amount is updated.
✍🏻 View rental adjustment history
You can now view the history of any past rental adjustments added on the lease page. This is permanently stored against the lease for future reference.
🗑️ Delete a rental adjustment
You can now delete a future rental adjustment, no need to reach out to the Support team 🙌
❎ More reasons when terminating a lease
More reasons for terminating a lease have now been added.
🔐 Ability to finalise one lease and activate another immediately
You can now finalise a lease by clicking Complete Termination.
💵 Ability to see how much rent is owing till vacate
You can now see how much is owed till the tenant's vacate date. This also automatically updates as the tenant pays periods off. You can view this at any time on a terminating lease.
🔁 Swap the primary tenant on a lease prior to activation
You can now swap/set the primary tenant of the lease prior to activation.
📌 Tenant details and ledger moved to individual sections
A new look and scroll function when viewing tenant details.
Customisable choice of viewing all, primary or secondary.
Ledger and documents have their own section available to download at anytime.
