Intro
Your tenant profile allows you to manage your payments, lodge requests, chat with your agency and access all your documents.
In this article we cover Accepting your invite, Setting up your payments, and customising your profile.
Step 1
Before you can get started, your property manager needs to send you an email invitation to create a tenant profile. Remember to check your junk mail for this too as sometimes they get lost.
These links also expire, so if you need a new link you can use our Forgot Password page to generate a new one.
Step 2
To accept your invitation, you will need to set a secure password, confirm you have read our T&Cs, and click Next.
Make a note of your unique payment details (we recommend adding them to your Internet banking address book)
and then click confirm after double checking your contact info is correct.
Step 3

Step 4
The final step is to configure your profile. Click your profile icon to access your profile page.
On this page, you can update your contact details, add your profile picture and customise your alerts.
And that's it! You're now set up as a tenant.
