Find the owner or tenant profile you wish to invite. You can do this by clicking their name from the property profile, or searching the Contacts menu.

You can see the status of their profile on the list and in their profile view.

Awaiting Invite - means you are yet to send them an invitation

Invited - means they have been sent an invitation but never set up a profile

Active - means they have set a password and have an active profile

If a user is Awaiting Invite or Invited, you can click Edit and send them an invitation.
