Owner statements & EOFY Report
The property statement will give you a complete monthly summary of all transactions that occurred for the property. Statements are sent via email on the 1st of every month, however, you can also access them in your owner profile at any time.
For 2022/23 EOFY they will automatically be sent out to owners from Monday 3rd July.
Step 1
Click on the property, then the Reports tab to see all statements.
Step 2
Download the month you would like to view by clicking PDF or CSV.
Tenant ledger & pay-in report
The tenant ledger & pay-in report will give you a complete summary of all transactions that have occurred for the lease.
Tenant Ledger for an active lease
Click on the property, then the Lease tab. You will see the tenant ledger documents stored and available to download as a PDF or CSV
Tenant Ledger for an expired lease
Click on the property, then the Lease tab. Scroll to the terminated leases section and click on the down arrow next to the lease you want to view the ledger for.
You will then see the tenant ledger documents stored and available to download as a PDF or CSV
Tenant Pay-in report
Click on the property, then the lease tab. Click on the tenant's name.
Download the pay-in report by clicking PDF or CSV.
