Your owner can choose when they receive their income from the property. This is set in their owner profile and either the agency or the owner can amend this.

If the owner is set to Monthly, all rental income will wait in the property wallet until the end of the month before it is paid out to their preferred account (less any expenses that need to be paid).

The same occurs if they choose weekly, the funds are just paid out each Sunday.

If the owner chooses instant, then net rental income (after expenses) is never held but instead paid to the owner's account in real-time. This means they might get rent at different times as it all depends on when the tenant pays rent.
