What if my owner doesn't want to use Managed?

Nothing needs to change for your owner, you can configure their profile for them just like you did in your old system.

If your owner does not wish to use the features within Managed App you can configure their profile on their behalf (just like you did in your current software).

The first thing to do is turn off all their email alerts by finding their profile in your Contacts menu and clicking Edit.

While you are editing their profile, you can also change their disbursement frequency to match their current payout schedule.

You can then reach out to support who can assist you in adding their disbursement account to each property.

This means the only thing that will change for your owner is the layout of their monthly statement.
