Internal notes are a great way of noting any requests or information for the property, lease, owner or tenant.

Internal notes can only be viewed by your Property Management team. Owners & tenants can not see these notes.

Internal Notes for the Property

Step 1

Click on the Property, then click Edit on the Fees & Authorities section.

Step 2

Add relevant notes to the Internal Notes section and click Save.

You can also add a Banner Alert, this will pop up on the Property home page each time it is clicked.

Internal Notes for the Lease

Step 1

Click on the Lease tab, then scroll down to Internal Notes and click Add note.

Internal Notes for the Owner/Tenant

Step 1

The steps for both owner & tenant are the same.

Please click either the owner or tenant name.

Step 2

Click Edit on the user.

Step 3

Enter the notes in Agency Notes and click Save.
