You can see all current and completed tasks for your property by clicking the Tasks tab in the property profile.

You will note that each task has a type, category and also a status. This allows you to understand exactly what your agency is doing and also where they are up to with that particular task.

You can also click on each task to see more information about the request, any attachments, correspondence and required actions.

You will receive email notifications when tasks are created or updated allowing you to track them from start to finish. This gives you full transparency on your portfolio.
